Zenryoku-kai is more than just an empty-hand and staff fighting system. It has, at its base, a collection of Breathwork exercises, moving and stationary, to help develop strength, flexibility, and vitality. These exercises are also geared towards gentle cultivation of the Force within the student. These exercises help the Jedi to become more aligned with the Force, and by extension, with the world around them.
Most of these exercises will be general, and aimed at training the body as a whole, but there are some more focused training sets, as well. Many of these exercises are relatively simple and low-impact, but there are a few that will be challenging for even the more skilled student, as they are presented.
Training in these skills is vital to a complete, holistic system, a true Martial Way. While not all offered skills will be suited for every student, rest assured, that every student can benefit from this training.
