The second posture is linked to the Shaman. Using a deep Straddle Stance, drop the body weight down towards the ground, feeling the Force in you collecting around your feet. Draw in a deep breath, and expel loudly with a sharp “HA” as you look to the sky, raising both arms, palms open, fingers towards each other. Feel the Force coming up through the body and out the hands, like a tree reaching towards the sky.

This stance will be difficult to hold deeply, and your body will attempt to rise out of it. Fight that reaction. Each time you feel your stance relax, take a deep breath, and once again with an audiable “HA”, sink down into the stance again.

Hold this position for as long as able, up to 5 minutes.
