The fourth posture is linked to the Healer. This posture also calls for a standing position that is not otherwise used in Zenryoku-kai. This is a cross-step position, with the knee of the back leg tucked into the knee of the front, with the feet as far apart of possible. The lead foot (pictured right) is flat on the ground, twisted slightly inward. The rear foot (left) is rolled up onto the ball of the foot, with the heel raised vertically. The lead hand (right) is extended in a open-hand linear inside block, with the rear hand (left) open with pinky over the floating rib.

The Force moves through this position in a spiral, up the legs, through the torso, and out the leading hand. The rear hand is in a withdrawing position, drawing energy into it, and spiralling it back down into the ground. This position is dificult to maintain when first practicing, just as the practices of a Healer. It is easy to remove and replace affected energy, but it must be done carefully to not upset the balance of the one being healed.

Hold this position with each side for as long as able, up to 5 minutes.
